POSITION: ENGAGEMENT PARTNER – REGULATORY AND TAX
Moses has diverse experience in accounting, taxation and information technology. He has
held key management positions in various organisations. A fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation Of Nigeria. He also holds a Master degree in Actuarial Science and Risk
management specializing in pension management from University Of Lagos, Lagos. He also
has a post graduate degree in Financial Management om National Open University of
Nigeria. He has attended training both inside and outside the country in specialized area of tax,
finance and International Financial reporting. He was one time the Team Leader at YMCA
Consultant and also a Senior Consultant at Principal Associates limited where he was
responsible for managing the company large client database and Senior Financial Analyst at
Certifix Consulting. He is currently the Engagement Partner for MOSAUG CONSULTING.
Moses brings his experience to bear in managing the firm portfolio of blue chip companies
and multinational firms such as LM ERICSSON Nigeria, GENERAL ELECTRIC NIGERIA, IHS
PLC, INT NIGERIA, ARAB CONTRACTORS PLC, Cornerstone Insurance Plc, Cobel Contracting
International, TATA Nigeria, DEEKAY GROUP and many more. His experience also covers area
of tax consultancy for regulatory agencies of both states and at the federal level. He is also a
member of The Nigerian Institute of management (NIM).
A registered professional student of the Institute of Certified Financial Analyst (CFA). His
area of specialty also includes Taxation, Corporate Financing, forensic accounting,
stockbroking, accountancy, financial Re-structuring,corporate re-engineering, Pension management, Actuarial
Valuation and International Financial reporting Standards.
